i would love to learn new things i can do in this program ... is there a rainbow type font for this program i know that there is one for photoshop but what about photoscape ... are there any brushes for this program tubes making png files

I don't know photoscape, just took a look on it at photoscape.org. I think there are add-ons you can load in your program.
If you search for a powerful free graphic tool try GIMP. it's for free and it is running on Linux, Mac and also on Windows
