Billy Alexander is about to push me out of second place on the downloads. I am sad about that, but I guess it was always going to happen. Eventually I'll end up down the list. *sigh* It was nice while it lasted.

Dezzie,Dezzie,dezzie, Downloads frownloads,,they are just numbers, you must be a very competitive person if this bothers you, I dont give a rats arse about downloads, or anything, I do my Art/Photography to forefill myself, its nice when someone remarks on a image to say how they like it, as indeed you do, bless you, I suppose you use it as a guide to how good your work is? The more downloads the better your work is surely? Or is it that you are supplying what down loaders are looking for? I admire the Kings and Queens of Download land, but do not wish to become a pawn in that game.. :O)

Actually, it should. But I am saying you get something out of the recognition. You know you do.

Dont we all, just to be recognised as a decent photographer is nice, as a Artiste is even better, But what i have seen so far from this site is that much of the downloads have been for use in advertising/screen savers/ wallpaper/book covers etc etc, and not really for its true art value, much the same as sxc, but from little acorns do great oaks grow, we should not be too greedy should we :O)
