forms formatting issue

The various forms on the site are looking very odd today.
I am including a link to a screencap of my profile page.
I am using Safari 4.0.4 but this looked the same in Firefox.

In the past the things get fixed and I am sure that the issues are known and they ran out of time to fix it.
It's a temporary result of under construction I would think.
