Hey, I just received an email from a vitamin company I had asked about their supplements. They make vitamin D out of lanolin! ERGGH! I am horrified. Who eats lanolin?! Well, I do, appparrently. What annoys me is I have about three spare jars of these capsules sitting in my pantry. The only way to ensure a natural diet is to make or grow you own stuff from scratch, seriously.

124. happyture10 December 2011, 15:07 GMT +01:00

Yeah,,you really dont know what your eating if you dont ask,,,,HEY! i,m trying that Glucosamine and have done so for the last week,,,Tell me, how long before i can do back flips? cant wait!!!

125. xymonau10 December 2011, 15:30 GMT +01:00

It takes several weeks to get the full effect. It doesn't work like a painkiller, but I definitely found a lot of relief. I think it works mostly on inflammation. Keep up the dose, and see how it goes. I hope I haven't sold you a pup, but it really does work for a lot of people. Add ginger and flaxseed oil capsules if you can. Ginger is fabulous for inflammation. But i warn you - do not buy any liquid form of ginger. It tastes like poison! I made that fatal mistake a while ago, and had to throw the lot away. Disgusting! The tablets are good - but take large doses. I don't know how much fresh ginger is adequate. I'm not taking it right now, but with your issues, I'd use the lot.

I really hope you get some relief from it all. I must admit, the damp weather still makes me ache a bit, but I'm still not having to take aspirin more than once a week or less.

126. happyture10 December 2011, 16:23 GMT +01:00

Ah right, ginger, i,ll try some, I,ll try anything to rid this lot i tells ya, i like the taste of ginger, even married a ginger haired gurl once but thats another story... now i'll just wait a few weeks before i attempt a back flip!!

128. happyture10 December 2011, 18:46 GMT +01:00

129. xymonau11 December 2011, 2:21 GMT +01:00

No. It made ME betterer. For you, well, it has its work cut out for it.

My lawyer has prepared the following statement:

•medical information provided by me is not intended as a substitute for advice from a registered physician or other healthcare professional; and
•product information provided by me is not intended as a substitute for user manuals or other documentation supplied with chemist or health store products.

NOW tell 'em, backflip boy!

@128 Mike, just thought I should warn you that Dez's lawyer got Genghis Khan acquitted. Backflips? Nah, stick with egg flips, that's my opinion. :)

Egg flips? Now there's a blast from the past! Disgusting things. Milk with - um - slime in it.

132. happyture11 December 2011, 10:55 GMT +01:00

hummm @130 Kevin, I am sure,Nay positive that Dezzie would not tell me untruths, she has clearly stated that the miracle tablets will make me better, I do however feel a little worried as to why she has approached her lawyer on the matter, I dont suppose you have the lawyers phone number ,,,you know just to stay on the safe side..

133. xymonau11 December 2011, 11:32 GMT +01:00
