Camera for Christmas!

Well its that time of year again, the photography shops are full to the britches with sparkly new cameras with more pixels and wonder gadgetry than you can wave a stick at, I am looking for a new camera but dont want to have a wheelbarrow to carry it around, I have been looking closely at the Panasonic G3 amazed at the size and control this camera seems to have, yet i am concerned that the iso settings only goes down to 160iso,,,,that i feel is rather high as my little fuji and Big Nikon go down much lower around 80iso with the fuji and 100iso with the Nikon,,,I can hear you all saying OMG he's rambling again, BUT i would love to hear your opinions on the many cameras that are on the market at the moment.

You can soak your new towels in it to make 'em dry better, an' you can soak in it in the bath and get a huge magnesium hit. Most of us need more magnesium, anyway.
I can't think of another thing...

Wow,,,your so knowledgeable, maybe when i grow up i might be as knowledgeable has you Dezzie your a hinspurration you is,,,henny way what a weekend had my grandson all weekend now im just weak, no only joking we had fun fun fun,, he's going to be a real good photographer he has brilliant eyes and spots things even i miss, he has his own camera (digital) and like me carries it everywhere, i am so proud of him he;s just so smart bless him..

WOW! The quality of that water image is amazing! What camera - your new one? Ans what lens? And, yes, he's definitely going to be a photographer. He has the genes AND a great photographer in his Granddad to teach him.

Yes new camera Panasonic DMC-G3 with 14-45mm lens, I am pleased with the results, i purchased the twin lens set also got the 45-200, just a shame the lenses are so expensive..well im gonna read sum more bucks two himprove my brain power ...
