Last One To Post on RGBstock Wins

1. xymonau12 January 2010, 22:53 GMT +00:00

Well, it had to be done, didn't it? And since this is both the first and last post, I have won. Thank you all.

4658. micromoth2 July 2012, 13:06 GMT +02:00

Phew! That's a relief - I feared that "Spicks and Specks" was a show about what in North America they call zits.

4659. xymonau2 July 2012, 13:12 GMT +02:00

Ah, then you are not familiar with the Bee Gees, a British product that grew up in Brisbane, returned to Britain and then left for the USA. Well, losers don't know much, do they?

4660. gesinek2 July 2012, 16:23 GMT +02:00

The Bee Gees, I think I only know 'when the light all go out in Massachussets' (wrong spelling, I guess)

They were never my favorite Band.

4661. micromoth3 July 2012, 13:43 GMT +02:00

No, me neither. I preferred Steeleye Span.

4662. gesinek4 July 2012, 9:17 GMT +02:00

Oh I always like 'All around my hat' . But they had their hits later than the BeeGees I think. At Bee Gee Times I died for (don't laugh please) Bay City Rollers. Oh my god...

4663. micromoth4 July 2012, 13:03 GMT +02:00

Smmththrpphhhh!! Okay - I didn't laugh. :-)

Yeah, I liked "All Around My Hat" too.

4664. gesinek5 July 2012, 9:37 GMT +02:00

Yes back then it was...Sitting with my girlfriends by an battery driven radio, hoping the battery will hold until our songs are played in top 20 show.

Now I have to take the prize and I will introduced to it all these old songs

4665. xymonau5 July 2012, 10:54 GMT +02:00

I didn't like the Bee Gees' disco stuff, but I didn't mind their older stuff - quite good music. But they were just pug ugly.

Bay City Rollers? Excuse me while I go and wash my ears out! I think I actually didn't mind a couple of their songs. But I also liked "Achey Breaky Heart", so I'm no judge! LOL (I hated the singer, just liked the song.)

Please leave my prize alone. I have played him a wide variety of music, and He has grown fond of the Seekers. Anything else may confuse him.

4666. micromoth5 July 2012, 22:11 GMT +02:00

The Prize thought you said that he liked sneakers. He's always been partial to footwear. He's most disappointed to learn you were just talking about a pop group. He's come back to me.

4667. xymonau6 July 2012, 0:25 GMT +02:00

I have no idea how that little Houdini got out of the cage, but I'm coming to get him. Have tea and bikkies ready, please.

4668. micromoth6 July 2012, 13:47 GMT +02:00

Refreshments specially for you are ready and waiting. They're my own secret recipe...

4669. gesinek6 July 2012, 22:21 GMT +02:00

But you don't offer it to prizey I hope. It is so curious and tries everything.

And @4665: Summerlove Sensation - ooh we loved it….. and the chechered trousers and whats in the checkered trousers

And by the way we died also for Rubettes (Sugar Baby Love, Under one roof) and Mud (Oh boy, Tigerfeed...). So it was!

And that were good times. We (my girlfriends and me) enjoy to remember them

4670. xymonau7 July 2012, 9:30 GMT +02:00

While you reminisce, that moff wants to poison me! Call the police!

4671. gesinek7 July 2012, 15:11 GMT +02:00

I think he will only get rid of the sweet woodruff which he and his family hates like hell

4672. micromoth7 July 2012, 23:22 GMT +02:00

Oh no, I love the smell of woodruff - like newmown hay. But the pesky stuff grows everywhere!

4673. xymonau8 July 2012, 3:53 GMT +02:00

I had to look it up on Wikipedia. I'm sure it has been imported here somewhere, but in Queensland we usually get too much sun (I say "usually") for shade plants to take over. It sounds very fragrant, though.

Now we've had a nice little botanical chat, you can hand that prize back, please. He misses his cage.

4674. micromoth8 July 2012, 4:26 GMT +02:00

The Prize is still enjoying the scent of newmown hay from the woodruff. He senses freedom, so he's staying with me.

4675. xymonau8 July 2012, 4:28 GMT +02:00

He has no sense if he wishes to stay with you. You are not his guardian, I am.

4676. micromoth8 July 2012, 8:42 GMT +02:00

Prize prefers the Morning Star to the Guardian. So he's staying with me.

4677. xymonau8 July 2012, 9:09 GMT +02:00

Obscure references do not a winner make.

4678. gesinek8 July 2012, 19:33 GMT +02:00

I'm not sure if *the Morning Star* is an obscure reference. And preferences makes no winner, OK .

So I win

4679. xymonau9 July 2012, 10:27 GMT +02:00

Whilst I recoil at your amazing logical skills, I must shatter your illusions and take that little prize home where he belongs.

4680. micromoth9 July 2012, 11:41 GMT +02:00

Prize is staying here with me. He is miffed by your sizist comments.

4681. xymonau9 July 2012, 11:45 GMT +02:00

He can take umbrage if he wishes
But I need help to do the dishes
