It's too hot, or I'd hibernate and get you to

me in the ribs and wake me for the start of autumn. We've HAD a bit of your rain here in recent weeks. Gloomy and damp and it can't decide when to have a cloudburst. At least the tank is full. Fresh, sweet water - probably with an avian faecal count right off the scale, but what the eye don't see, the heart don't grieve.

Lynne, you made something wrong. Now all that rain was delivered to Berlin and they tell us, we have to expect as much in two days as we would normally get in the whole month. It seems that I have to dig out some swimming equipment. It is not sufficient to scare the rain away when I try to

There are many
ways
to help fall asleep - none of which work. I have so much trouble sleeping these days. Having a day bed outside in the shade when it gets cooler sounds very inviting.

Of course, outside there is the odd
wasp
and other insect to fend off. Not to mention the poisonous snakes and drop bears.
