John Boyer R.I.P.

1. crisderaud22 May 2014, 21:04 GMT +02:00

I regretfully announce that our long time member John Boyer (SailinJohn) has passed away.

His wife, Mary, has requested we continue to host his photo gallery on the site.

He was a good man and has a fine gallery.

Always sad to hear honest mans and women passing away. But nice to see, that apparently John loved his life. Thanks to his wife, his gallery may stay forever.........

His shades of Autumn was one of my favourite pictures and his death is particularly poignant for me as I am HIM minus the "O"! ie John Byer. I'm glad his family have asked for his gallery to remain as a nice legacy of his talents!
