grrrrrrrrr
what is it with products these days that they keep braking sooner and sooner
I bought a Intuos tablet (with pen) in 2009. The pen died in 2013 and I bought a new one and now that pen has died today so this one lasted less then a year???
I'm forced to use a mouse now, and I hate it.

that planned obsolescence is a nuisance that

pays

well for the producers. They know very well how to calculate that everything lasts just long enough to cover their warranty :-(

8884. Groningen14 February 2014, 22:42 GMT +01:00

true Michael!

then again, my pen made a miraculous recovery and is functioning as good as new
at the moment
the morning after I posted my rant I found the detachable penpoint lying on the floor
had not seen that in the dark (evening)
for now all is well may it

stay

that way.

It is irritating when you pay good money and get a lemon. Lets hope your pen lasts, Christine.

What

a pitty that all the producer are kidding us and not only in electronic sector.
But economy has to grow and grow and grow... only our salary does not equaly.

8888. xymonau15 February 2014, 10:19 GMT +01:00

And when it does, the wealthy, who make money from our sweat, tell us we are being paid far too much. They

hate

seeing people get a fair wage for their effort.

8889. gesinek15 February 2014, 16:12 GMT +01:00

And wage increase reaches in most cases not even the inflation

rate.

A lot of peolple gain in reality less than 10 years ago because of tax progress levels and the circumstance that everything gets more and more expensive. Not because of luxury goods but the rent for your flat, energy, water, insurances, retirement provisions...

Be sure to

lock

before you go to sleep

8900. xymonau21 February 2014, 9:34 GMT +01:00

And

cook,

too - eating is important before you sleep!

8901. Groningen23 February 2014, 20:14 GMT +01:00

I don't think it's healthy to eat shortly before you go to sleep
did you know that eating hare can give you nightmares?
I've never tried it but apparently hare is such rich food that your digestive system goes in overdrive.

Look

a hare riding a mare!

8902. xymonau27 February 2014, 14:22 GMT +01:00

I've never eaten a rabbit. Well, accidentally once. I thought it was chicken and that the chicken was bad. I seldom have nightmares. Although my work life right now bears some resemblance to one. I can't describe all the issues, but I had a meltdown last week. I just finished working at home about a half hour ago at 10:15pm (I won't be paid for it) and on Sunday I have to fly to Melbourne for two days of training. I get in at about 11pm at night, then get back at a similar time, followed by a taxi ride from the next town to my place. The next day I have to go to work. I'm already a wreck, and I can't see that I can get through to Easter for my holidays. Still, a day at a time, and grit your teeth. I need the

loot

to pay my bills.

I hope you can

boot

your batteries and make it to Easter

8904. xymonau28 February 2014, 12:29 GMT +01:00

Fascinating, but the horned hare? Isn't that a joke?

A trip in a

boat

would be a fine way to charge my batteries.

8905. Groningen28 February 2014, 19:51 GMT +01:00

I see a broom hare (funny) but not a horned hare...

A cruise on the Pacific Princess (Love Boat) would make you feel better?
Who would you like to meet on the boat (just fantasize).
