Not to know how to entertain guests well is really quite
lame.
Sadly, so many people nowadays seem to think that conversation is all about telling their guests things of interest only to themselves. Poor guests!

we have jackfruit for sale in the supermarket, but they are

I don't like jackfruit - they taste too much of carbolic to me. It would be horrendous to have to get through a really big one, no matter how
glam
it might seem.

It
pays
well to have your own garden then. The strawberry season is nearly finished here, too. The last one are sold at high prices already, but they are still very tasty
