My health is getting better by the minute, thanks for asking. My temper is as bad as it always was. And prospective buyers just came through my unit for a squiz. It looks like another move is on the cards. *sigh*
I saw the respiratory guy on Friday and my lung capacity is good - 91%. Considering all the years I smoked, I'm amazed. He took the wind out of my sails a bit by saying I could still have asthma. I don't really believe that. Anyway, I am going to have the sleep test done locally. I'll only be about $50 out of pocket, and I won't have to wait a year or so in the public system. I'll organise that next week. And I'll get my last blood test just before I see the cardiologist again in November. I hope my cholesterol is down by then. There is no reason on earth why it wouldn't be. I have been so good with my food. I don't want to take statin drugs.
I am really feeling so much better, even if they tried to kill me this last week. I even had to have a tooth filled! Now if I can get my income tax done, then my assignments, I'm laughin'!

Thats the way gurl you are doing great, you get top marks from me for effort, and I admire your mental strength with you sticking to the veggie stuff, You'll be like a new gurl in a few month, we wont recognise you with your mini skirt on an all :O)

My boss is going to meet the Queen on Monday. I will be in Brisbane, too, but in some seedy motel in a slummy inner-city suburb. Actually, it will be quite close to where the reception is being held, apparrently. Oh, well, I guess I can touch the hand that touched her, and that's as close as I'll get.
It's all about meeting people from the services involved in helping flood victims. Ours was one of them.

I'm back again, sorry about that Dezzie but had a few worries there for a while, anyhow that sounds like fun, away from home for a while, you know the saying a change is as good as a rest, i have seen our Betty doing her bit over there with you, but believe it or not our Betty loves Australia, i think if she had a choice she'd stop with you bless her, cant blame her neither.

Me too, fingers crossed anyways, Good to see Australia getting 3rd in the rugby world cup, sad they had to beat Wales but a good result anyway.
