However, if the newsletter is electronic I would like a credit in my real name, "Copyright Dez Pain, Australia" and a link to my gallery here. All photos are free if used within the licence. If you wish to use outside the licence, it is up to the owner of the image to give permission or to put a price on it. You can adapt the images in any way, but the finished image still remains the property of the owner.
